Shipping is determined by distance and weight from Las Vegas, Nevada. After you add products to your shopping cart, you can estimate the exact shipping cost before you place your order.

If your credit card is declined due to an AVS mismatch, this means that the billing address you provided is not matching up with the address that the bank has associated with your credit card. This could be due to a typo when entering in your billing address, or if you’ve recently moved the bank may not have updated the address on the card.

Most likely you had an AVS mismatch and that transaction will show a pending or processing status. This transaction will automatically be removed by your bank in 1 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this and cannot expedite it. You could also have typed in the incorrect 3 digit security code on the back of your card.

Unfortunately, only one promo code can be applied per order.

 Please make sure the following is correct and matched up with your credit card.
1. Make sure that the billing address is the SAME address that is linked to your credit card. The billing and shipping address that you need to provide when placing your order CAN be different, as long as the billing matches your credit card, you can than add the shipping address as the place you want to order to be delivered to.
2. Make sure that the 3 digit security code that you provide matches the ones for your CURRENT card. Sometimes when you get a new card the card number stays the same but the 3 digits on the back of the card change.
Also please note that you will have ‘Pending’ charges on your bank statement for the amount of times you have tried placing an order with the incorrect information. We at Motivational Bottle DO NOT have your money, your bank is holding it since you attempted the payment. If you get the error, your payment did not go through but you will have pending charges that will clear in 5-7 business days.
